Shop & Remanufacturing Facility
WPI Canada operates a full-service remanufacturing and repair facility capable of handling major engine and compressor overhauls:
- Zero-hour rebuilds on all makes and models of Waukesha and CAT engines
- Remanufacturing of CAT, Volvo Group, John Deere, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries diesel engines
- Full engine and compressor machine shop
- Authorized Ariel repair facilities
- Cylinder head, connecting rod, engine block, and accessory rebuilds
- CNC valve repair capabilities
- Paint booth for final finishing
- 40-ton crane lifting capacity
- 4,000 horsepower dynamometer test cell for performance validation
Field Service Operations
WPI Canada maintains one of the region’s strongest field support teams:
- Over 60 field service technicians
- Coverage throughout Alberta, Alaska, and Northern British Columbia

- 4 - 6 Ariel Corporation mechanic training courses annually in partnership with Ariel

- 2 - 3 Waukesha Engine training courses annually focused on GSI and VHP engines (hands on)
- All employees receive online CAT and Waukesha technical training guides
