WPI Core Values

Power will shape our future

In 1924, in southeast Texas, amidst the thriving Texas oil boom, a visionary man saw a unique chance to shape and cultivate a vital industry. This man was Louis Pearce Sr., who established Waukesha-Pearce Industries. After 100 years and four generations, we continue to honor our unwavering dedication to supporting our employees and fulfilling our customers’ immediate requirements and long-term objectives. We celebrate 100 years of offering innovative solutions and the best power equipment and construction machinery for today and future generations.

Houston Business Journal – Best Family-Owned Business Award

WPI received a prestigious recognition on Thursday, June 20, 2024, as we were honored at the second annual luncheon for the Best Family-Owned Business Awards.
